Landlords and Tenants wishing to use our services, should create a profile on the website. We are regulated by the Information Commissioner's Office, which oversees data protection and privacy, so your personal data is protected.

Both Landlords and Tenants will have a personal account, which will enable them to track and view all aspects of their letting / tenancy.

Landlords have a right of cancellation of 14 days, from the date of sending their property details to us. The property will be advertised on the website and other property portals after the 14 days period is over, unless the Landlord wishes to forego this cooling off period, and uses to advertise their property immediately. Written consent will be required in this case.

Any property to be let, has to have an EPC rating of E and above. All properties must have the relevant safety certificates, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors (if solid fuels and/or gas or liquid fuels are used by the property).

Valuations are based on current rental values in that postcode area. Inventory and Check-in / Check-out services are carried out by a third party, the cost of which will be shared between the Landlord and Tenants.

Key holding services, where necessary, will be conducted by a third party, and the costs borne by the landlord.

All deposits will be held by The Deposit Scheme and any disputes that cannot be resolved by reasonable discussions between the Landlord, Tenant and National Online Lettings, will ultimately be handled by The Deposit Scheme.
